Returns
We have an 30-day returns policy. Products can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase (subject to eligibility).
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, you must inform us of the return within 30 days of purchase by responding to your original order email(s) or by using the form on the Contact Us page
To be eligible for a return, items must returned unused, unopened (where sealed) and in the same condition that you received it. If the items returned do not meet these conditions, your return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- All codes/code cards for ‘Pokémon TCG Online’ (and similar single-use items) are not eligible for refund once dispatched
- Sale items are not eligible for refund once dispatched, unless damaged in transit or faulty
Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund up until the order has been dispatched. If a pre-order was placed with a deposit, we will remove the value of the deposit from any refund given (unless the cancellation was the result of a release or shipping delay)
Box breaks/’Rip & Ships’
Due to the nature of box breaks/Rip & Ships, items in these categories can only be cancelled, exchanged or refunded if notification is given at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Any request for cancellation or refund after this time may not be considered. Once the items have been opened live-on-air, they are considered used/open and therefore an ineligible for return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order, via the Contact Us form or by replying to your original order email. We will then seek to resolve the issue (at no cost to you). We reserve the right to refuse complaints for issues raised after this period.
For damaged cards inside factory sealed products like booster packs or tins, we will not be able to replace the individual cards inside. In this case, the product (i.e.: the sealed booster or tin) would be considered faulty and a new one would be provided (where possible) without any expectation that the cards inside will be the same.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will subsequently inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment, within a 5-10 working days (depending on payment method/bank).
Returns shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless damaged/faulty). Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
You are liable for the item(s) until the return delivery arrives with us. If you are shipping an item(s) over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
